Bhimgoda-Barrage

The Bhimgoda Barrage is built on the Ganges River at Har ki Pauri near Haridwar in Haridwar district, Uttarakhand. Built as the headworks of the Upper Ganges Canal, the primary purpose for the barrage is irrigation but it also serves to provide water for hydroelectric power production and control floods.

Chaudhary Charan Singh Madhya Ganga Barrage is built on the river Ganga which is 10 kilometers west of Bijnor city. The major purpose of this barrage is to feed water to the Madhya Ganga Canal for irrigation.

Koteshwar-Dam

Koteshwar Dam, about 20km downstream of Tehri Dam on river Bhagirathi, is a 400MW HEP which facilitate the functioning of Tehri Power Complex as a major peaking station in Northern grid as reservoir created by Koteshwar Dam having a live storage capacity of 35.0 MCM function as lower (balancing) reservoir for Tehri PSP. Water released from Tehri Dam is regulated at Koteshwar Dam for purpose of irrigation and maintenance of aquatic life in downstream areas.

Maneri-Bhali-Phase-1

The Maneri Bhali Phase-I is a concrete dam on the Bhagirathi River located at Maneri in Uttarkashi district, Uttarakhand. The project is currently owned by Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam.The primary purpose of the dam is to divert water into a tunnel which feeds the 90 megawatts (120,000 hp) run-of-the-river Tiloth Power Plant.

Singoli-Bhatwari-HEP

Singoli Bhatwari HEP is a 99MW Hydro Power project in Uttarakhand on river Mandakini. The project was developed by L&T Power Development and is currently owned by ReNew Jal Urja Private Limited with a stake of 100%. Singoli Bhatwari is a run-of-river project with gross head and net head of the project at 214m and 188.17m respectively. The plant houses three 33-MW turbine-generator units equipped with a state-of-the-art SCADA system.
